We process most in-stock orders when we receive them Monday through Friday. Once your credit card authorisation is verified and your order is shipped, your charge will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know your order has shipped.
The standard order handling time is 2 working days. The average delivery time to United Kingdom address is 7-10 business days.
Our warehouse located in United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and Hong Kong. If you are ordering from United Kingdom, all parcels will be dispatched from our United Kingdom warehouse. Under unforeseen circumstance that items are NOT in stock in United Kingdom warehouse, we will transfer the items from the nearest warehouse. Those items will first be transferred to our United Kingdom warehouse and then dispatched with local Royal Mail. We will handle all the import duties; therefore, you will NOT be charged for any import taxes.
In case we need to transfer the items from other warehouse location, you can still receive a tracking number from Royal Mail once we start to transfer your items. During the warehouse transfer period, you are not able to track the tracking in Royal Mail website. It will become traceable once Royal Mail has received the parcel in their fulfilment centre. The transfer will take around two working days. It will not affect your order delivery time as we will free upgrade the local delivery service to an expedited delivery service.
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery. Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:
- Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season.
- You ordered more than one product. In exceptional circumstances your order may arrive in different packages and on different dates.
- Your order was placed during a local public holiday.
- There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.
Under unforeseen circumstance that items are NOT in stock, your order will not be able to dispatch in 3 working days, please allow us 2 to 3 working days extra for re-stocking the items of your order. If your order cannot be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days, we will inform you by email with an explanation as well as an estimated dispatch date.Free delivery is available to every country that GDPRICE deliver to although each country outside of the UK has its own minimum spend to qualify for free delivery. Free delivery is available on all orders excluding bulky items. The value of the minimum spend will be displayed in your GDPRICE shopping basket.
The calculation of delivery costs takes into account the weight and volume of each item. When you add an item to your cart, shipping costs automatically refresh. This way you will be able to see the total amount of your order before finalizing it (price of the articles + shipping fees). Please consider we also offer different shipping options.
